Coverage of University of Florida Scholarships 2023

Scholarships are available for international students at the University of Florida to assist them in financing their education. Academic merit, financial need, country of origin, and more criteria are used to determine which scholarships are available. Florida Scholarships Criteria

International students at the University of Florida are eligible to apply for a number of scholarships.

Scholarships are awarded based on academic merit, starting with the International Merit Scholarship. In addition to receiving $20,000 per year, this scholarship is renewable for up to four years.

Students who demonstrate a commitment to public service are eligible for the International Service Scholarship. Applicants will receive $10,000 a year for up to four years with this scholarship.

#1 Admissions Honors Scholarship

There are several scholarships available to international students at the University of Florida:

1. Admissions Honors Scholarship

International students enrolled in their first year at the University of Florida are eligible for the Admissions Honors Scholarship. A tuition waiver of up to four years for undergraduate study is provided by this scholarship based on academic merit. An applicant’s GPA must be at least 3.5 and SAT or ACT scores must be submitted. Scholarships are renewable for up to four years with a minimum GPA of 3.2.

#2 Lombardi Scholarship

Distinguished students who show exceptional leadership qualities are awarded the Lombardi Scholarship. A scholarship from the University of Florida covers tuition and fees for up to four years of undergraduate study, as well as a stipend for living expenses. A special leadership development program is also available for Lombardi Scholarship recipients. #3 James W. Kynes Scholarship
